Site Access and Conditions

You agree to provide:

Clear and safe access to the installation site
Adequate parking for our vehicles

Planning Permission

While most garden rooms fall under permitted development rights, you are responsible for ensuring all necessary planning permissions are obtained. We can provide guidance but cannot guarantee planning approval.

Warranty

We provide a warranty on our workmanship and materials as specified in your contract. This warranty covers defects arising from our work but does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance

Limitation of Liability
